Welcome to Properties With Joy

These terms apply to all bookings made via our direct booking engine. By confirming a reservation, you agree to the following conditions:


1. Booking & Payment

• Full payment is required to secure your dates.
• Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed via our secure payment gateway (Stripe).


2. Verification & Security

• Identity Check: All lead guests must provide valid government-issued ID prior to check-in.

• Security Deposit: A pre-authorization (security deposit) is required for all stays. This is a temporary hold on your card, not a charge, and is released after checkout provided no damage has occurred.

• Check-in Access: Access codes are only released once the ID check and security deposit steps are completed.

3. House Rules

• No Parties: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for parties or events.

• Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum between 8 PM and 8 AM.

• Occupancy: Only the guests listed on the booking are permitted on the property.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations and refunds are governed by the specific rate policy selected at the time of booking (e.g., Non-Refundable vs. Flexible). Please refer to your booking summary for details.

5. Liability

• Properties With Joy is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. Guests are responsible for the property during their reservation and will be charged for any damages caused by negligence.
